I won’t be back. I came in for a burger and fries and was the only customer there eating; everyone else was just drinking at the bar. I ordered a simple burger and fries and waited 50 minutes for the burger. Then I had to wait another 15 minutes for the fries. I chose to eat my burger while it was still hot rather than let it get cold waiting for the fries. By the time the fries arrived, I was already finished. Waiting over an hour for a basic burger and fries when the restaurant wasn’t busy is ridiculous. Last time I’ll be coming here.

Terrible !! Waited 30 mins in drive thru for a pick up order. Then I was told there were other orders in front of me it would be another 8 mins. Two mins later handed me a box that was filthy with hand prints all over it. Inside greasy half cooked potatoes. Had to throw them out. Also, the one who took my cash (which they tell you makes the cost cheaper) didn't give me my change back. They lost my business tonight.

I paid $80 tonight. A party pizza that doesn't look like a party pizza. And a chicken sandwich that is $10 yet looks like a store chicken party on a small bun. I've never tried before and I'll let you know I won't again.

This would be a 5/5 if the service and time management was better. I drive from Alliance to get the pizza because it’s outstanding. They don’t skimp on toppings and it’s all high quality. However, I always order 2-3 hours in advance for a certain time since I do have to drive a distance. Every single time I go to pickup, first, the bartenders don’t acknowledge you for 5+ minutes. They only acknowledge you if you’re drinking. Then, when they finally acknowledge you, the food is never ready at the time chosen. I always have to wait 20+ minutes for my food. So unless you need your food at your promised time, I would recommend this place for pizza anytime.
